Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 12, 2026

CityLocal.ai is committed to making our website and platform usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies.

Standard we work toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This standard covers color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, alternative text for images, and predictable interactive behavior.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML, single H1 per page, and clear heading hierarchy.
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
  • Keyboard-focusable interactive elements with visible focus states.
  • Alt text on meaningful images and ARIA labels on icon-only controls.
  • Responsive layouts that scale to mobile and support browser zoom.

Known limitations

Third-party content embedded in partner directories (maps, booking widgets, video players) may not fully meet our accessibility target. We evaluate providers regularly and swap them out when better options exist.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We test with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers as part of every major release, and we prioritize accessibility fixes alongside product features.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on CityLocal.ai — a page you can't reach, a control you can't operate, or content you can't perceive — please tell us so we can fix it. Email partners@citylocal.ai with the page URL and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge every report within five business days.
