These terms govern your use of the CityLocal.ai website, platform, and reseller program ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Accounts and licenses

A CityLocal.ai plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate the platform for the city or cities included in your plan. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of business data you publish.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling access outside your licensed scope.
• No content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy.
• No use of the Service to send unsolicited bulk messaging (see our Anti-Spam Policy).

Fees and billing

Plan fees are billed in advance for the term you select (monthly, quarterly, six-month, or annual). All plans include AI usage. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Content ownership

You retain rights to the content you upload. You grant CityLocal.ai a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service. CityLocal.ai retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying models.

Termination

You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your paid term. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal or security risk.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, revenue, or business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CityLocal.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CityLocal.ai is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
